Indulge in the flavors of this simple yet delicious Banana Cake made effortlessly using a blender. Perfect for a quick snack or a delightful dessert after dinner, this recipe will surely become a favorite in no time.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of flour
- 230 grams of banana
- 150 grams of sugar
- 80 grams of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- Butter for greasing the mold
Instructions:
- In the blender, blend the sugar and vegetable oil until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
- Gradually add the banana to this mixture while keeping the blender running.
- Next, incorporate the eggs one by one, ensuring they are well combined.
- Transfer this liquid mixture to a bowl. Slowly sift in the flour to avoid lumps and add the rest of the dry ingredients. You can opt to mix this by hand or with an electric mixer.
- Before pouring the batter into the mold, generously grease the sides with butter. After transferring, tap the mold gently to remove any trapped air bubbles. I recommend letting the batter sit in the mold for about 10 minutes. This allows the baking powder to activate, helping the cake rise.
- With the oven preheated to 180°C (356°F), bake the cake for 30 to 40 minutes. To check its doneness, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, your cake is ready to be devoured!
Enjoy your fluffy and aromatic blender banana cake, perfect with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
