Blender Banana Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of flour
  • 230 grams of banana
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 80 grams of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • Butter for greasing the mold

Instructions:

  1. In the blender, blend the sugar and vegetable oil until the sugar is nearly dissolved.
  2. Gradually add the banana to this mixture while keeping the blender running.
  3. Next, incorporate the eggs one by one, ensuring they are well combined.
  4. Transfer this liquid mixture to a bowl. Slowly sift in the flour to avoid lumps and add the rest of the dry ingredients. You can opt to mix this by hand or with an electric mixer.
  5. Before pouring the batter into the mold, generously grease the sides with butter. After transferring, tap the mold gently to remove any trapped air bubbles. I recommend letting the batter sit in the mold for about 10 minutes. This allows the baking powder to activate, helping the cake rise.
  6. With the oven preheated to 180°C (356°F), bake the cake for 30 to 40 minutes. To check its doneness, insert a toothpick. If it comes out clean, your cake is ready to be devoured!
