Ingredients:

  • 1 pack unflavored gelatin (e.g., Mr. Gulaman)
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk (250 ml)
  • 1 all-purpose cream or heavy cream (250 ml)
  • 1 ½ liters water

Procedure:

  1. Start by dissolving the gelatin in 1 ½ liters of water.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, ensuring the gelatin is fully dissolved. Add sugar and once the sugar has dissolved, remove the mixture from heat.
  3. Stir in the instant coffee, ensuring it’s thoroughly dissolved in the mixture.
  4. Transfer this liquid to a shallow container, aiming for a thickness of about 1 inch. Set it aside to cool and solidify.
  5. Once the gelatin has set, cut it into small cubes.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose cream, evaporated milk, and condensed milk to form a creamy mixture.
  7. Gently fold in the coffee-flavored gelatin cubes into this creamy mixture.
  8. Refrigerate the concoction to let the flavors meld and the dessert to chill.
  9. Once chilled, serve and enjoy a burst of creamy coffee goodness with every spoonful!
