- 1 pack unflavored gelatin (e.g., Mr. Gulaman)
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed milk (250 ml)
- 1 all-purpose cream or heavy cream (250 ml)
- 1 ½ liters water
Procedure:
- Start by dissolving the gelatin in 1 ½ liters of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, ensuring the gelatin is fully dissolved. Add sugar and once the sugar has dissolved, remove the mixture from heat.
- Stir in the instant coffee, ensuring it’s thoroughly dissolved in the mixture.
- Transfer this liquid to a shallow container, aiming for a thickness of about 1 inch. Set it aside to cool and solidify.
- Once the gelatin has set, cut it into small cubes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose cream, evaporated milk, and condensed milk to form a creamy mixture.
- Gently fold in the coffee-flavored gelatin cubes into this creamy mixture.
- Refrigerate the concoction to let the flavors meld and the dessert to chill.
