  • 180 grams of ladyfingers or similar cookies
  • 250 ml of orange juice

Orange Cream:

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 20 grams of butter

Vanilla Cream:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar
  • 20 grams of mascarpone cheese

Additionally:

  • 50 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 200 ml of sweetened whipped cream

Preparation:

  1. In a wide mold, arrange the ladyfingers or cookies evenly to form the base.
  2. Mix 500 ml of orange juice, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 20 grams of butter in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour a layer of the orange mixture over the cookies in the mold.
  4. In another bowl, blend milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, 10 grams of vanilla sugar, and 20 grams of mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  5. Layer the mascarpone cream over the orange layer.
  6. Alternate layers of each cream, starting with the orange cream, until the ingredients are used up or the mold is full.
  7. Combine 50 grams of mascarpone cheese with 200 ml of sweetened whipped cream in a separate bowl and whip until smooth.
  8. Spread this mixture over the top layer of the cake.
  9. Chill the cake for at least 3 hours to set.
