- 250 ml of orange juice
Orange Cream:
- 500 ml of orange juice
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 20 grams of butter
Vanilla Cream:
- 500 ml of milk
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 10 grams of vanilla sugar
- 20 grams of mascarpone cheese
Additionally:
- 50 grams of mascarpone cheese
- 200 ml of sweetened whipped cream
Preparation:
- In a wide mold, arrange the ladyfingers or cookies evenly to form the base.
- Mix 500 ml of orange juice, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 20 grams of butter in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour a layer of the orange mixture over the cookies in the mold.
- In another bowl, blend milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 4 tablespoons of cornstarch, 10 grams of vanilla sugar, and 20 grams of mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Layer the mascarpone cream over the orange layer.
- Alternate layers of each cream, starting with the orange cream, until the ingredients are used up or the mold is full.
